LUSH FESTIVE HAUL PT 2 | BLOGMAS DAY 6

I have adored working at Lush this Christmas because the products have been absolutely phenomenal! The colours, the smells, the products themselves! There have been so many of their products that i'm in l-o-v-e with, I really don't know how I'm going to cope when they disappear So if you haven't set foot in a Lush store this year then don't worry I've got you covered!

CRUELTY FREE STOCKING FILLERS | BLOGMAS DAY 3

Waking up Christmas morning to find a giant red sock at the end of your bed, full to the brim with gadgets and silly games you'll have forgotten about come the return of the school term, was always one of the best parts of Christmas morning. Nowadays the size of the stocking may have slightly shrunk but the excitement will never, ever fade. Yes i'm 23 and still get a stocking from my Mum, laugh all you want but she says it's cool.

AUGUST CRUELTY FREE FAVOURITES

*drum roll for the monthly blogger cliche, in a sarcastic monotone voice* "Oh no, how is it September already? Gosh it's gone so fast!" For me, this month really hasn't! For once, August went really slow. I think it was because there has been so much happen, and so much for me to look forward too! For starters, my sister gave birth to two incredibly beautiful identical twin girls. That was the main highlight of my month by far & if you've been following me on SnapChat or Instagram you will have already seen some photos. If not then I'm gonna have a proud auntie moment and share a photo for the world to see. HOW CUTE?!

(btw the pins on the hats are so we know who is who!)

THE VEGAN KIND | #32

One of the many things I love about subscription boxes is that I always forget that they are due to arrive, and when they do it’s almost like a present to yourself! I’ve been subscribed to The Vegan Kind for almost a year now and although the boxes can sometimes be a mixture of hits and misses, I’ve always thought that overall they are fantastic value and a great way to introduce me, and others, to new brands! So lets crack on…

THE INS & OUTS OF CRUELTY FREE BEAUTY

Hello you lovely bunch! Today I thought I would bring you a rather lengthy post about the different types of cruelty-free beauty and a small insight into my journey through cruelty free products.

**Before I start let me just state that I am in no way an expert on this subject, and all views and thoughts I have about the products I own and companies I choose not to purchase from, are my own and the only influence on my choices have been of my own doing and self-exploration about what kind of person I want to become. I’m also going to be honest in this post as I believe this is what you deserve, so yes I will be naming and shaming some companies… enjoy!**

MAY CRUELTY FREE & VEGAN LIFESTYLE FAVOURITES

How quickly has May been & gone? So much happened last month that I can't quite believe it’s all over. First of all, if we’re SnapChat buddies you will have seen my excitement at the start of the month when I took my mumma to see Bryan Adams in concert. One word: UNBELIEVABLE! It was an incredible night & it just made me so happy to see my mumma so happy. Shortly after that was the best day of the year, my birthday of course! Because me & R are trying to save for our future I decided I didn’t want to splash out when we could just have a fun day indoors. So in preparation for seeing Civil War we watched every single Marvel film in the MCU series. Geeky but totally worth it! So after a few days of being cooped up indoors we decided to throw a BBQ on, luckily, the nicest weekend of May with our families. So that was a pretty perfect start to the month and later this month I’ll be sharing some of the amazingly thoughtful gifts I received. Anyway, on to the rest of the things I’ve been loving this month.

REVIEW | LUSH ANGELS ON BARE SKIN FACE & BODY CLEANSER

Let's start this blog off by chatting about one of my favorite part of a cruelty-free beauty regime: skincare! As far as cruelty-free skincare goes most of us know that there is a vast amount of readily available products to suit each and every one of our differing skin types. I’ve always assumed my skin was particularly oily but as of late (I say this, it has been almost 6 months now) I've noticed that first thing in the morning my skin feels really dry, stretched, and itchy! So although i’m yet to pin down what has happened to my skin, i’m on a mission to make it feel much more hydrated.
